Victor founded Cloud Access Ltd in 2016 with a straightforward aim: give organisations in Nigeria, the UK, and international markets access to the kind of senior-led technology and governance advisory that usually sits behind large consulting firm retainers. The company started as a systems integration practice in Abuja. It now delivers enterprise IT, cybersecurity, GRC advisory, business analysis, and critical infrastructure solutions across multiple sectors and geographies.

His background covers enterprise technology delivery, business analysis, agile product ownership, project management, and information security governance. He has worked across public sector, critical national infrastructure, telecommunications, and commercial regulated environments — advising on technology strategy, designing governance frameworks, and supporting clients through compliance programmes aligned to ISO 27001:2022, UK GDPR, NIS2, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

Victor holds an (ISC)² cybersecurity certification, has passed the ISACA CISA examination, and is a certified SAFe Agile Product Owner. He is also a Member of the British Computer Society (BCS). These credentials sit alongside a decade of actually running a service firm across two regulatory environments — which means he understands both the commercial pressure behind technology decisions and the governance obligations that follow them.
