Our Commitment

Cloud Access Ltd is committed to ensuring that its website is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as required by the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 where applicable, and as a matter of good practice in all our digital communications.

Measures Taken

We have taken the following measures to ensure accessibility of cloudaccessglobal.uk. We use semantic HTML to provide meaningful structure for assistive technologies. We ensure sufficient colour contrast between text and background elements. We provide text alternatives for non-text content where relevant. We design navigation to be operable via keyboard as well as pointer devices. We use clear, plain language throughout the site in accordance with our British English editorial standards.

Known Limitations

We are committed to continual improvement. During the current rebuild and development phase of our website, some pages may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We are actively working to address all known accessibility issues as part of our phased website development programme. If you encounter a specific barrier, please contact us directly and we will address it as a priority.

Third-Party Content

Our website includes third-party services such as a live chat widget (Tawk.to). We do not control the accessibility of these third-party components but will raise accessibility concerns with providers where identified.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you experience any barrier to access, or if you require information in an alternative format, please contact us by email at info@cloudaccessglobal.uk or by telephone on 07440 716932. We aim to respond to accessibility queries within two business days.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) in the United Kingdom.
