Arc Lawal provides strategic oversight and governance leadership for Cloud Access Ltd. His role as Chairman reflects his extensive experience in organisational leadership, stakeholder management and the translation of complex commercial environments into clear strategic direction.
His guidance ensures that the company’s growth and client delivery commitments are grounded in sound governance and long-term thinking, providing the board-level perspective that underpins everything Cloud Access does.
Victor Tanko
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Victor Tanko founded Cloud Access Ltd in 2016 with a clear vision: to build a systems integration and IT consultancy capable of delivering enterprise-quality outcomes across multiple jurisdictions without diminishing the rigour or depth that demanding clients require.
As CEO, Victor leads the company’s overall strategic direction, client relationships and delivery standards. His background spans enterprise systems integration, IT governance and consultancy across the UK and West Africa, giving him a grounded understanding of what it takes to deliver complex technology programmes in both environments.
Victor’s leadership philosophy is built on three principles: independence of advice, accountability for outcomes and a refusal to over-promise. These principles are embedded in how Cloud Access operates at every level.
Yewande Ojikutu
Chief Operating Officer
Yewande Ojikutu oversees the operational effectiveness of Cloud Access across both its UK and Nigerian entities. As COO, she is responsible for ensuring that the company’s internal systems, delivery processes and resource management frameworks operate efficiently and consistently — enabling the leadership team to focus on strategic growth and client outcomes.
Her operational discipline and cross-jurisdictional understanding are central to the company’s ability to deliver cohesive programmes across geographically distributed engagements.
Akintunde Awobona
Director, Projects
Akintunde Awobona leads the project delivery function at Cloud Access, with responsibility for maintaining the standards, frameworks and disciplines that govern how the company plans, executes and closes its client engagements.
His role spans methodology governance, resource planning, risk management and quality assurance across the project portfolio. Akintunde’s structured approach to delivery is a cornerstone of the company’s reputation for completing complex programmes to specification, on time and within agreed parameters.
