Who We Are

Cloud Access Ltd is a systems integration and IT consultancy incorporated in Nigeria, trading in the United Kingdom as Cloud Access (Manchester) Ltd. We were founded in 2016 by Victor Tanko with a clear mandate: to deliver enterprise-grade technology solutions without compromise, wherever clients need us to operate.

Our structure is intentional. We are not a UK company with a token African operation, nor an African company that has opened a holding address in Manchester. We are a practice with genuine, active capability in both jurisdictions — a single leadership team, a unified methodology and a shared commitment to quality that does not vary by geography.

From our base in Manchester and our operational presence in Nigeria, we serve clients across the United Kingdom, West Africa and the wider international market. Our engagements span government and defence, oil and gas, financial services, telecommunications, energy and construction — sectors where technology decisions carry real consequence and where the cost of poor delivery is measured not in inconvenience but in operational failure.

Our Purpose

We believe that organisations in every market deserve access to the same quality of technology advice and delivery that has historically been available only to those in the world’s largest financial centres. Cloud Access exists to close that gap.

We bring rigorous analytical thinking, independent advice and hands-on delivery expertise to every engagement. We do not sell products. We do not have preferred vendors whose interests we serve above our clients’. We are advisers and deliverers, accountable for outcomes.

Our Structure

Cloud Access Ltd is incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Our United Kingdom operations are conducted under the trading name Cloud Access (Manchester) Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Both entities operate under a single governance framework, with unified leadership and shared quality standards.

This dual-jurisdiction structure means that clients engaging us for cross-border programmes — common in sectors such as oil and gas, telecommunications and financial services — benefit from a provider that understands both operating environments from the inside, not from the outside looking in.
